Are you passionate about project management, knowledge sharing, and creating frameworks for collaboration? Join our team as a Project & Knowledge Management Intern! You’ll work closely with our Internal Knowledge Team to enhance knowledge base maintenance, promote a knowledge-sharing culture, and support the development of company-wide knowledge management policies. This is a unique opportunity to influence how JetBrains employees share, document, and apply knowledge across teams.
In this role, you will:
Support Knowledge Base Maintenance: Help identify outdated or missing content, create recommendations for improvement, and test solutions like automated tools to streamline updates.
Promote Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate on initiatives like workshops, Slack campaigns, and the “Knowledge Champions” network to foster engagement.
Contribute to Policies and Tools: Help the team with developing knowledge sharing guidelines and tooling around it.
Coordinate Across Functions: Share success stories and track progress using tools like YouTrack and Slack.
Required:
Have excellent organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive approach.
Be interested in workplace knowledge management practices.
Will be a plus:
Show familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Slack, and task management systems.
Have experience with AI tools for knowledge management.
Pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Knowledge Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
