We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join the JetBrains Academy team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital and email marketing within the EdTech industry, working closely with experienced marketers and product teams. You’ll contribute to campaigns that help developers and students discover and engage with JetBrains Academy, while learning the fundamentals of growth, analytics, and communication in a global tech company.
Leveling up digital marketing analytics.
Monitor and refine our existing dashboards, ensure data accuracy, spot trends, and provide insights that help optimize campaigns and overall performance.
Launching ad campaigns.
You’ll help set up and run test advertising campaigns for various product initiatives — from Google Ads to social media. Experiment, test hypotheses, and discover what performs best.
Сrafting engaging newsletters.
Research fresh, exciting news for computer science learners. Test different content approaches, prepare and configure newsletters, and track how well each version performs.
Marketo operations: assist with analytics and workflow improvements, ensure everything runs smoothly, and help produce full email performance reports.
SEO support: Research keywords, monitor performance across search and AI platforms, and help optimize website content so more learners discover us.

Are a student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Have a strong interest in digital marketing, data analytics, and technology.
Are comfortable working with spreadsheets and are eager to learn marketing tools like Marketo, Google Analytics, or Data Studio.
Are detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to learn by doing.
Have good written English and communication skills.
(Nice to have) Basic understanding of SEO, digital ad platforms, or email marketing tools.
