PeopleOps team is part of JetBrains People team and it is responsible for managing HR operations in employee lifecycle, ensuring legal and policy compliance and supporting business growth through effective HR processes, engagement and culture. We are managing different processes, from onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HR systems and employee data, employee relations and change management.
You will have the opportunity to work on the following:
Preparation of documentation for employees (contracts, NDA’s, notifications, etc.)
Administration of benefits – private health insurance and sport benefits
Assistance in onboarding activities – meeting scheduling, updating relevant data and lists, blog post preparation, onboarding events
Supporting offboarding activities – documents preparation, lists and data update
Supporting administration of changes such as positions, extensions, part-time/full-time
Employment confirmations preparation
Periodic review of employee records (digital and physical) to ensure data accuracy and completeness and timely update
Support PeopleOps team in local and global HR projects
Collaborate with internal departments, including Legal, Office management, Payroll and others.
