We are the Product Research team within the Strategic Research & Market Insights (SRMI) team, and we conduct user experience research. Our work spans product, marketing, and business topics and supports teams working in the AI and Growth domains.
This internship is a hands-on opportunity to learn how user research is planned, conducted, and translated into insights.
As a User Experience Research Intern, you will plan and run usability studies and interviews, synthesize and analyze qualitative data, and prepare research reports and presentations.
Basic understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Nice to have: experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods (usability testing, interviews, surveys, etc.).
Experience in analyzing and synthesizing data.
Experience working with research and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Notion, Google Docs/Slides).
Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Understanding of software development processes and technical context is a plus.
