As an onboarding team, we have a large amount of information that needs to be adapted into easier-to-consume learning formats for both new hires and onboarding stakeholders. For example, text-heavy guides need to be converted into interactive e-learning courses.

The tool we currently use for course creation is Easygenerator, an AI-powered authoring tool that allows us to transform written content into structured, interactive learning experiences with quizzes, visuals, and modular lessons.

• Genuine interest in learning and development, onboarding, or HR

• Solid written English and ability to make complex info easier to understand

• Comfortable working with texts, guides, and digital tools

• Comfortable using AI tools for content creation and improvement

• Strong willingness to learn and actively work with e-learning authoring tools (especially Easygenerator); experience is a plus

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow structure

• Nice to have: basic understanding of how online learning works (self-paced, interactive, quizzes)
