This project introduces a strategic internship within the Professional Services designed to achieve two core objectives:
The intern will spearhead the automation of key pre-sale and post-sale processes by leveraging AI agents and agentic workflows with tools such as Glean or Google NotebookLM. This initiative will target routine tasks including scoping, estimation, contract drafting, and status reporting to enhance team efficiency.
The intern will gain direct, hands-on experience by supporting or managing up to three customer engagements or projects.
This immersive experience will provide the intern with a comprehensive understanding of the professional services project lifecycle, preparing them for a potential full-time role as an Engagement Manager, Pre-Sale Manager, or Project Manager in the Professional Services field.
Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Technical Aptitude: A strong interest in AI automation tools. Prior experience with prompting, scripting, or data analysis is a plus, but not mandatory.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and document existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and think critically to design effective automated solutions.
Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to balance automation tasks with responsibilities on active customer projects.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and potentially interacting with customer stakeholders.
• Proactive and Eager to Learn: A demonstrated desire to learn about the professional services industry, project management, and AI tools application in thereof. Must be a self-starter who can work independently with guidance.
