Learning and Development Coordinator

Description

As part of our team, you will support the Learning and Development Discovery not only with documentation and administrative processes, but also with a variety of new and evolving initiatives. You will work closely with vendors, monitor the preparation and processing of invoices and documents, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our employees have access to high-quality learning and development opportunities. This internship project is planned as a six-month engagement.

At the moment, we are actively testing new learning formats, experimenting with AI tools, and launching several new projects. Because of this, we are looking for someone who can quickly jump in, support the team where help is needed, and confidently pick up ongoing tasks. While working with documents and spreadsheets will be an important part of the role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to improving our processes and review them with a fresh perspective.

This position is perfect for you if you are attentive to detail, curious about new tools, processes, and formats, and enjoy working and collaborating with others.

Requirements

  • B2+ English with strong written communication skills;

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment;

  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents and spreadsheets;

  • Curiosity about new tools, processes, and learning formats;

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to support new initiatives and ongoing projects as needed.
