Support the HR Operations team with HR processes and documentation in the Netherlands, while working on practical projects and learning how HR works in real life.
What You’ll Work On
Support with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support organising and updating HR templates and employee documents.
Support with administration of extension letters, function update letters etc.
Improving and maintaining the internal HR knowledge base, including documents and templates
Support HR with employee questions and general HR tasks.
Learn to work with the HRMS system and support the preparation of HR reports
Assist the HR team with practical projects that make an impact
