HR Operations Internship Project (NL)

Description

Support the HR Operations team with HR processes and documentation in the Netherlands, while working on practical projects and learning how HR works in real life.

What You’ll Work On

  • Support with onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Support organising and updating HR templates and employee documents.

  • Support with administration of extension letters, function update letters etc.

  • Improving and maintaining the internal HR knowledge base, including documents and templates

  • Support HR with employee questions and general HR tasks.

  • Learn to work with the HRMS system and support the preparation of HR reports

  • Assist the HR team with practical projects that make an impact

What You’ll Learn

  • How HR Operations works in the Netherlands

  • Basics of Dutch Labor Law

  • Using HR systems and tools in practice

  • Basics of HR reporting and data accuracy

  • Process improvement and automation basics

  • Collaboration and communication in an HR team

What’s Not Included

  • Salary, compensation, or payroll information

  • Pay analysis or payroll processing

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Pays attention to detail and likes things to be done properly

  • Is organised and keeps track of tasks well

  • Is friendly, helpful, and empathetic when working with people

  • Can communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)

  • Understands data security and can handle confidential info responsibly

  • Has a proactive mindset and ready to learn
